  • 1. Nominations are invited from British-Bangladeshi students who achieved a minimum '7' (seven)/'A' in at least 10 (ten) subjects in GCSE and 'A' in at least O3(three) subjects in A-level exams held in 2019;
  • 2. Parents may send the applications on behalf of the students;
  • 3. Proof of Bangladeshi origin (e.9. copies of parent's/student's Bangladeshi passport, copy of UK passpot with 'no visa required' sticker) must be submitted;

Circular

The High Commission invites application for the 'Outstanding Achievement Awards 2019' for British-Bangladeshi students in recognition of their academic excellence in GCSE/A-level exams held in 2019. Applicants must be of Bangladesh origin and have achieved a minimum '7'(seven)/'A' in at least 1O (ten) subjects in GCSE and 'A', in at least 03(three) subjects in A-level examinations held in 2019,

Applicants are requested to submit duly filled in application forms and subject information form authenticated by respective Head Teachers/Principals/equivalent authority along with two recent UK passport size photographs and proof of Bangladeshi origin (e,g. copies of parent's/student's Bangladeshi passpoft, copy of UK passport with .no visa required'sticker) to the High commission by posflemail by 30 october 2019. parents/legal guardians may also apply on behalf of the students. Only the duly filled in applications will be considered.

Parents/legal guardians of candidates selected for the award will be informed of further details of the 'Outstanding Achievement Award Ceremony 2019’ at a later date.
