Travel to Bangladesh: Until further instructions, all Bangladesh passport holders and dual nationals with NVR travelling to Bangladesh can obtain Covid negitive symptom Health Declaration attested by the Bangladesh High Commission, London, based on an e-mail from GP Practice. Click here to download. However, if anyone carries a Covid-19 Negative PCR test result (actual test), s/he would not require the BHC London attested Health Declaration Form. 

NB: Please be advised that to obtain the attestation of the above Declaration, you will need to bring an e-mail communication (in print) from your local GP's Surgery stating that you have not visited the GP's Surgery within the 14 days prior to your travel with flue/Covid-like symptoms.
